Do you offer refunds?
No. Because each tie is custom handcrafted, all sales are final and non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your tie arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will either repair or replace your item at no extra cost.
Can I exchange my tie for a different design?
Because each piece is made-to-order and one-of-a-kind, we do not offer exchanges for different designs or styles.
How do I report a damaged item?
Please email us at info.NeetTies@gmai.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage. Our team will respond within 48 hours to assist you.
How long does it take to repair or replace a damaged item?
Once approved, please allow 7-10 business days for repairs or replacements to be completed and shipped.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 5 business days with photos, and we will repair or replace the item at no additional charge.
